		Advanced Computer Communications ("ACC") provided a solution for enterprise and Internet network access by offering a broad range of remote access products. In September 1998, ACC was acquired by Ericsson, Inc. Ossama Hassanein was the founder and CEO of the Company from 1990 until 1993 when he became the Chairman of the Board. He retained that position with the Company until its acquisition by Ericsson Inc. in September 1998.
