		Mentor Graphics acquired Innoveda, Inc. in 2002. Innoveda is the result of a merger between Viewlogic Systems and Summit Design. The new company will market innovative software and services that help engineers visualize, design and build advanced electronic systems for telecommunications, transportation, computers and consumer electronics. Summit Design was formed in February of 1994 through the merger of Test Systems Strategies, Inc. and SEE Technologies. Jay Morrison served on Summit Design's board through its IPO in 1996.
