The Company is being established as an enterprise software applications company whose mission is to build a suite of messaging products to address the wider management, security, and regulatory compliance needs of large enterprises increasingly dependent on email communications. MessageGate is based in Bellevue, WA and was founded in May 2003. Bruce Bauer serves on the board of directors.
