		Sandvine is an intelligent bandwidth management company aimed at public broadband networks operated by cable companies, telephone companies, and Internet Service Providers. Sandvine helps customers characterize what really happens on its networks to reduce costs, improve profitability and customer satisfaction. Ken Wigglesworth served on the board of directors until the Company's IPO on the London Stock Exchange (AIM: SAND) in March of 2006. Sandvine also began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: SVC) on October 26, 2006.
