01.06.2009 -- It is with profound sorrow we share the news of the passing of our dear friend and partner, Jay Morrison. Jay lost his brave, fifteen month battle with brain cancer early January 6^th morning near his home in California.

He passed peacefully surrounded by his family.
Words cannot describe the greatness of the man, the friendship that bonded us, or the feeling of loss. We are all extremely grateful for the opportunity we had to work with Jay as his friend and colleague over the last 25 years. He was a wonderful mentor to all of us, and the example he set a true inspiration to us all.

He will be dearly missed.
